Working with children and young people has always been my passion. I hold a  BA Hons in Childhood Studies, a Foundation Degree in Early Years and a BTEC in Childcare.

I have many years experience working as an Autism Outreach Professional within the local authority. This includes working with families and  Schools in and around the Leeds area to support the wellbeing and learning of children with Autism.

I am currently the Autism Lead in a specialist unit providing bespoke education for Key Stage 3 and 4.

In my previous roles I have  worked as a Family Support Officer, Outreach Worker and as a SENCO supporting a cluster of Early Years setting. 

​I am passionate about early intervention and believe that good self-esteem, happiness and well being are paramount.
